David B. Morris, General Manager
Mr. Morris has over 35 years’ experience in engineering, sales, market development, and executive management in the water/wastewater treatment and disinfection markets. He has been recognized for his achievements in building new markets and delivering quality products to diverse domestic and international customers. He has held positions of increasing responsibility with well-known firms, including: ITT Industries, Marmon Water Group, Betz Laboratories and Florida Progress Corporation. For several years, he managed Process Consulting Associates - a firm providing process design, product development and strategic marketing and sales assistance to firms participating in the treatment and disinfection of water and wastewater. Clients included: Selective Micro Technologies, Culligan International and Raytheon Engineers and Constructors.
For the most recent 15 years, he has been highly engaged in development of several chlorine dioxide technologies culminating in the issuance of a US Patent.
Mr. Morris holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and an M.S. in Engineering and Management, also from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
He is an active member of the American Institute of Chemical Engineers, Water Quality Association, International Desalination Society, American Membrane Technology Association and Association of Water Technologies.
Phillip Wagner, Regional Sales Manager
Mr. Wagner has over 30 years experience in the water and wastewater treatment industry. Product introduction, applications development and sales growth are among his specialties. Mr. Wagner has functioned as a mid and upper level Sales/Marketing manager with such companies as Millipore, IONICS, Wheelabrator Environmental, and US Filter Corporation. He has successfully worked as a sales/engineering consultant and technical liaison to US industrial, petrochemical, food, pharmaceutical, semiconductor, hospital, municipal potable water and municipal wastewater treatment clients. Fluid separations and disinfection technologies are his primary interests. Mr. Wagner has had an intense interest in chlorine dioxide as a disinfectant for the last fifteen years and he has actively promoted its benefits to a variety of markets including hospital and general medical.
Mr. Wagner holds a Bachelors of Science Degree in Microbiology and Chemistry from the University of Texas. He has been a member in good standing with the American Rural Water Association, American Water Works Association, National Association for Corrosion Engineers, Water Environmental Federation and a member of the American Chemical Society.
Dean Gregory, PhD, Senior Scientist
Dr. Gregory joined the predecessor companies full-time in 2003. Previously, for approximately 4 years while in graduate school, Dr. Gregory had worked part time for the predecessor companies, conducting various chlorine dioxide-related research projects. His research has focused on the use of chlorine dioxide in water treatment and the optimization of water treatment chemistry and processes. He has 13 years of experience in the water treatment industry, including three years directing the research efforts of the Ft. Collins, Colorado water utility, and has published 5 peer-reviewed articles in technical journals. He has also presented numerous papers at national conferences. He is a graduate of Colgate University (BA, 1989) and Colorado State University (PhD, Environmental Engineering, 2003).
